How to Brew
Use a gaiwan or small zisha teapot. Add 5–7g of leaves per 100ml of water at 90–95°C. First steep: 20–30 seconds. Extend each subsequent steep by 10–15 seconds. Dancong rewards patience — the aroma deepens with every pour.
