Fermented Tuo Tea (Shou / Ripe)

• Shape: Square, compact, brown-red with hidden golden hues
• Liquor: Deep red, thick and translucent
• Aroma: Rich, earthy, and full-bodied
• Taste: Smooth, mellow, and refreshingly cool with lasting finish
• Leaves: Brown-red, highly resistant to multiple infusions

Unfermented Tuo Tea (Sheng / Raw)

• Shape: Bowl-shaped with smooth outline, covered in fine white fuzz
• Liquor: Orange to light yellow, bright and clear
• Aroma: Thick and floral
• Taste: Full-bodied with a natural sweet aftertaste
• Leaves: Soft, fresh, green-to-brown — tender and vibrant
