Sourced from high-altitude tea gardens in Yunnan Province, China, this raw pu-erh cake is crafted using traditional stone-pressing techniques. Two leaves and a bud are hand-plucked at peak season, gently withered, and heat-fixed to preserve the leaf's natural character before pressing.

Craftsmanship & Process

After initial drying, the leaves are steamed to restore pliability, then approximately 360g of lightly moistened tea is formed under pressure into a classic disc shape. Each cake is rack-dried for 5–7 days at 45°C, allowing residual moisture to continue gentle fermentation — building the earthy depth and layered body that define aged pu-erh.

Tasting Notes

Expect a clean, bright liquor with grassy top notes, a smooth vegetal body, and a lingering sweet finish. Ideal for immediate enjoyment or long-term aging — flavor complexity deepens with each passing year.
